Good size double room available in a friendly 4 bed house. The house is spacious with a large kitchen, living room, dining room and a huge garden. On-street parking is available directly outside the property.

The current tenants are all clean and tidy. The house has a homely vibe, rather than just a house/room to live in and the current tenants are looking for a like-minded individual to move in. As such, they are also looking for someone who is going to stay for at least 1 year (ideally longer) to ensure a homely vibe.

The house is in a great location, it is situated half way between the Science Park and town and a short walk to the river. Town is about a 10 minute cycle away.

The garden is over 30m long with a private decking, cycle storage, lots of trees and a pond. The garden is really peaceful with lots of sunlight and is full of wildlife. The current tenants really enjoy the garden and are currently making it their own, planting wild flowers etc.

The room is a good size double room with plenty of storage. The house has fast Virgin Media internet, Chromecast in the shared living room and a well kitted out kitchen. All bills are included in the rent. The landlord is very responsive and quick to sort out any issues that may arise.
