Ground floor consists of open plan kitchen/dining room with a WC. The living room and main bathroom (with shower/bath) are on the first floor along with this room.
At the moment I live in the house full time along with my two small dogs (both very friendly) and another full time lodger.
The house is within a 15 minute walk of the city centre and Cambridge Science Park and there is parking available nearby.
