Huge M-F double in friendly, bright house with cat

Hello! I'm looking for someone nice to share my 2-bed semi-detached house on a Monday-Friday (or Sunday-Friday) basis. Also willing to consider full-time lodger at £675 if you travel frequently.

I'm located in Chesterton with quick access to town centre, Science Park, Cambridge North station and the A14. The river, a large Tesco and nice cafes/pubs are within easy walking distance. If you don't have a bike and need to commute within Cambridge, you can use one of mine.

The room is an enormous, bright, furnished double with a nice orthopedic mattress, comfy chair, table, built-in wardrobe and shelving. It has two windows, one overlooking the peaceful back garden.

The house itself is quiet and sunny, with front and rear gardens, free on-street parking and a place to lock a bike. The kitchen and living room are open-plan. I love to cook and bake; the kitchen has a gas cooker, electric fan oven and lots of kit including a breakmaker. However there is no dishwasher. You'll have full access to the garden, kitchen, living/dining area, downstairs loo and upstairs bathroom. The upstairs bathroom has a shower and bathtub. I do like a clean and quiet house, and hope you like the same.

All bills are included in the monthly rent. This includes 100Mb fibreoptic broadband and Netflix. I don't have a TV licence, so there's no live TV.

About me: I run a small training business. I speak English, German and a bit of Spanish, and have lived on three continents. I'm seriously into hill walking, cycling and fitness, but I also like to chill out at home.

My cat Millie is friendly and well-behaved. She doesn't scratch things or bite, and will give you lots of cuddles once she gets used to you. If you love cats and want a peaceful life, this is the house for you!
