I'm looking to rent out the spare spacious double bedroom in my 2-bedroom house. The room comes with a king size bed.
My house is located ideally - 5 minutes away from Cambridge Science Park and Cambridge Business Park. It's a short walk to the River Cam, where you can enjoy walks to either the city centre or north towards Ely. There are three Tesco's that I use regularly.
You'll be sharing the house with just me. I'm a sociable, friendly, respectful and professional guy working for a local software company.
