Room to let within a property in a quiet village location but with easy access to A1. The double room is a fair size with a built in wardrobe and double bed, bedside tables and set of draws. The third small bedroom could be used by the lodger as a study or separate sitting room at an additional small monthly fee
The rest of my house consists of shared; kitchen/diner, lounge, utility room and bathroom with bath and over head power shower.
A spare shed is available in the garden if required.
I work 9 till 5 midweek in Peterborough and look forward to down time at home. I'm looking for a friendly, independent and respectful lodger who wants a home away from home Monday till Friday.
