Large, bright double bedroom available in a clean, spacious, recently-renovated shared house. The bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, chair, and wardrobe; the room is about 3m by 3m. The rent includes the shared use of a large living room, dining room, modern fitted kitchen, downstairs toilet, and upstairs bathroom with bath and shower. All appliances, carpets, and furnishings are new. There is a large garden and plenty of parking space.

The rent includes the following bills: council tax, gas, electricity, water, broadband, and TV licence; all of which are shared with the other housemates.

The house is shared with two professionals (one of whom often works away). We are looking for another professional or mature student to share the house with, ready to move in after the start of August.

The house is well-located in a quiet area of Cottenham, two minutes walk from the bus stop for Cambridge, and 10 minutes drive from Waterbeach train station for London. The village has a number of local shops; several good pubs, restaurants, and take-aways; and other amenities all within a few minutes walk.
