Beautiful restored listed 3 bedroom Thatched cottage in the village of Cottenham has a furnished double sized bedroom to suit one male or female non smoking, clean, tidy professional who can appreciate the ambiance of such a character cottage and help maintain the current shared household harmony. The cottage has exposed beams inglenook fireplace and many more original features. We are looking for a person who will respect the other 2 people in this shared cottage and is friendly, tidy and easy going. The cottage is a great place to relax and occasionally entertain small groups of friends for dinner etc, but it is not a party house more of an occasional dinner party house. The Cottage has full gas central heating and a wood burner in the shared lounge. Their is a shared kitchen/dining room and bathroom. There is a parking space at the back of the Cottage behind electrically operated gates for smaller type cars or you can park on the road at the front of the cottage. There is a covered area for bicycles. All bills and broadband are included. We also have a shared garden, patio and decking area with barbecue. Cottenham has lots of local facilities including a regular bus service to Cambridge, post office, pubs, co op, takeaways, butchers restaurant etc etc. There is a park and ride at nearby Milton (which is where the science park is) and a train station at Waterbeach.
