A small double room - Mon to Fri ideally

I own a 4 bedroomed house on the Barret Development in Ely

This room is available now as my previous lodger has left after living here for 4 years..

Ideally suited to someone who is looking for Monday to Friday due to work commitments or perhaps someone travelling light who does not have much stuff. There could be a small reduction in the rent.

A small double room available on the 1st floor, furnished with bed, drawers and hanging space and TV point.

The bathroom is next door

A large kitchen/diner is available that is used as a lounge where we all sit around chatting with alfresco dining in the summer if you wish. We are 5 minutes from the city, about 20 mins walk. There is also WIFI available.

It is a quiet, friendly house and we all respect each other's space.

I have two mention that I have two cats, 1 is a spoilt, fat princess who is currently on a diet and basially its these guys who own the house.

All pots, pans, plates, bed linen are provided if you so wish and the only thing we do not have is a dish washer (at the moment)

It is imperative that we have someone who is clean, tidy and quietish. Would consider someone who wanted 7 days a week but they would need to be travelling light.
