A good sized Single room available in Ely

A good sized well priced single room (including all bills) has become available in my shaired house , so I'm Looking for a new professional person.

The house is located in the popular "Cathedral View" Ely development, the shaired rooms are all of a very good size and the decoration and furnishings are all of a very good standard.

All the amenities you would hope for are available including, Wireless Broadband, Satellite, Dishwasher, washing machine, parking & a good sized garden. The house is convenient for the town centre shopping, A10 & A142 and a 25min walk to the train station.

I prefer nice positive people, neat n tidy, respectful of others, relaxed and enjoy good company. The house would probably best suit professionals who don't mind mucking in turning the house into a home.
