Double room with shared bathroom

Hi I have a double room to let in my house in Ely, the room has ( superking bed ) bedside tables chest of drawers, wardrobe and table lamps all bed linen and towels are provided, there is a shared bathroom ( only one other shares this bathroom )with bath with shower over toilet and sink, downstairs there is a kitchen with washing machine dishwasher, there is a downstairs toilet also a sitting room with sofas etc . Outside a garden , the house has two other guys living there who have been with me for a while, you are expected to help out with the cleaning etc. All bills are included and unlimited broadband is also included the bedroom has been redecorated , any questions message me or give me a call ....please note a deposit will be required of £475
