A Message from Alex, The Landlord (member of the Registered Landlord Association)

I have made this house into an ideal place to rent. I used to live here and I fitted it with every modern convenience going so that people who moved in would have a hassle free luxury lifestyle. You will really have to see it to believe it but often people who visit this secure, comfortable, warm house comment on how amazing it is compared to everywhere else they have looked at or considered.

It really will be your home when you move in. There are 3 fantastic, considerate, trustworthy people already here and they will attest to how easy it is. There is no such thing as a cleaning/gardening roster here. No Way! It's all done for you and it keeps the place looking and feeling new. You choose the Sky Package and If there are things you can think of to improve then I will do my best to accommodate these changes for you. To note I asked the guys this 6 months ago and the came up with one suggestion that has now been installed. You don't buy the dishwasher tablets; I provide them and the light bulbs too.

The other housemates are sometimes away on business, so, for the security conscious, I have installed a HIGH END Yale alarm with personal access fobs. These come with a personal panic button, should you ever need that extra feeling of safety, that automatically alerts me and the emergency services.

All communal areas are cleaned by a local, trustworthy, family run Cleaning and Maintenance Company. They also keep the garden in good shape and do your windows on a monthly basis. Aside from cooking your meals and keeping your own personal space tidy there really is nothing to do.

Although I am the Landlord my wife takes care of the daily administration of the property and she will be your point of contact. We are both available 24/7 via whatsapp and other channels of communication.

A great room with a walk-in wardrobe with loads of storage room. clean and modern house with all great facilities including washing machine, dishwasher, Sky with a widescreen TV. Alex has been a great landlord, very quick to sort any issues in the house but not overbearing as some landlords can be.

Big, comfortable and a pleasure to rent. I had the smallest room in the house but owing to all the extra storage space and the fact that the shared areas are so good it wasn't an issue at all. Thanks for installing the alarm, it lowered my personal possession insurance by £90! I only had the room for a year owing to the contract of my job, based locally.

The room is everything that you need (Smaller room in house), including your own bathroom downstairs with a massive power shower in it! The house is really spacious and has a comfortable living room which is great for socialising. The landlord is great and sorts out any problems quickly and thoroughly. The house is kept in a really good condition, helped by the weekly cleaners.
