Furnished room in town house in conservation area

Lovely, large and spacious quiet double room in back of house with plenty of storage. New bed and carpet throughout the upstairs. On street parking. Garden with terrace. Storage shed for bikes. Friendly neighbours.

I'm looking for someone who values their own space but equally would like friendly chats. I'm fairly new to Ely but happy to share my knowledge of the area. Great pubs and cafes locally. Oh and the cathedral.. need I say more?!

Large kitchen and downstairs family bathroom, under stairs storage cupboard. Real oak floor throughout the downstairs.. There is a relaxing lounge and dining room with big table and a piano if you're that way inclined (worry not, I am sensitive about when to play!)

All bills are included (including building and contents insurance) except council tax.
