This bedroom is upstairs next to the bathroom, has a view on the garden, internet access, a wardrobe., a chest of drawers.
The room has just been rebuilt and painted. It has a new floor and a new bed.

The kitchen is shared: 1 oven, 1 microwave, 1 washing machine, 1 tumble dryer.
There's a communal dining room with a large tv next to the kitchen.
The property has a shared large (50 yards) rear garden and 2 car parking places built in front of the house. A GYM is being built as well.
ALL BILLS ARE INCLUSIVE.

I have two car parks on my property. The street is quiet since it is dead-end around a green and a safe and family-friendly area as it is near a primary school.

Ely is 15 miles north of Cambridge (20 minutes by train). My house is at 10 minutes walk to center town, 15-20 minutes walk to the rail station and 5 minutes by car to the A10 (Cambridge/London/ Kings Lynn).

About me (landlord):
I am a professional male (graphic/web designer and artist painter). I love arts, cinema, music, science, photography. I also speak French (mother tongue.)

Existing roommates:
They are all young professionals.
