I have a large double room for rent in the lovely village of Fen Ditton.

We have a large garden which is shared but very rarely used by other flats there are only 3 other flats so not a large block.
We have a private lockable shed for bikes and the option to use one of mine if needed.
I do have a small dog a chocolate cocker spaniel who comes with me everywhere so wouldn't be a problem.
Separate toilet and bathroom with a bath/shower
I am friendly and welcoming however work long hours and am rarely home.
