I own a large 5 bedroom house in Fordham and would like to let one of my rooms out to a professional.

A double furnished room on the first floor.
You will have access to a large kitchen with all mod cons including dishwasher, a double fan oven, bread maker, toaster, kettle. You; r're welcome to use my pots, pans, plates, bowls cutlery etc.

In addition to the bathroom, you will be able to relax in 2 other rooms in the house, the sitting room and dining room.

WIFI is available throughout the house.

I am quiet, cheerful, tidy and easy going. You will be welcome to put your own pictures up etc. both in your room and around the house if it makes you feel more at home, hammer and picture hooks provided.

We are within 5 minutes walking distance from the village shops, pubs, and two bus stops with regular busses to Newmarket, Ely, and Cambridge via Newmarket. By car we’re only 10 minutes from Newmarket, 15 minutes from Ely and 20 minutes from Cambridge.

I would prefer a female housemate but not absolutely essential and preferably a professional worker and non-smoker.

Short term lets or Mon-Fri are also welcome
