Our 16C Manor House is set in a large garden in the middle of the village of Foxton with plenty of carparking space. We have made a two room flat in the top floor of our house.

Would ideally suit a single professional looking for an easy commute to either Cambridge, Royston or London, who would like a relaxing place to stay, with a fantastic garden and plenty of storage space. There is excellent WiFi and two generous work stations for those having to work from home.

We are a five minute walk to the Foxton train station which has a regular service to Cambridge(7min)Royston (5 min) and London (1hour). The train connects with the bus service to Addenbrookes and the Science Park.

Foxton has an excellent village shop which is open 7 days a week from 7. 30am - 10. 00pm.

The flat retains all the character of a Medieval home though with modern amenities with a newly renovated bathroom and cooking facilities. There is a lovely view over the garden and TV and Broadband access. The rent includes all bills and council tax. We do not require a deposit.
