Animal lover wanted to share our Grade 11 listed thatched country cottage family home, with its low ceilings, beams and quirks. Sense of humour essential! Double room is small cottage room with sloping ceiling and beams so single occupant preferred, but would consider right couple for £600pcm. The stairs are old and curve.

We hsve 3 dogs and 3 cats, 2 ducks and 2 hens, as well as fish in the ponds, so an animal lover is essential. Dogs are confined to the kitchen except by invitation into the cottage. The garden and patios are large, and we grow some fruit and vegetables. There is an opportunity for anyone interested in gardening!

The Cottage has 2 bedrooms, sitting room, dining room, and bathroom. The hallway has a shower room, and leads into the large kitchen. My study and our room are also off the hall. My son is in the garage annex across the garden but shares kitchen and bathroom facilities. We work on a sharing by agreement policy.

Smoking is allowed outside in the garden.
