These rooms are available for lets of 1 month to 6/9 months, but may consider longer for the right person.

These rooms are in our 4 Bed Semi-Detached home situated in the popular and sought after village of Fulbourn.

Fulbourn is situated approximately 5 miles from Cambridge City Centre, ideal for access into the City Centre, but also able to offer pleasant countryside on it's doorstep. Fulbourn has excellent road access links with the A11, M11, M25, A14, City Centre, Addenbrookes Hospital, Granta Park and 2 Park and Ride sites - some off road car parking spaces are also available at the front of the property.

Ideally suited to someone with their own transport, although Fulbourn offers good public transport links with the Citi 1 bus running into the City Centre every 20/25 minutes. Public transport is available to Fulbourn Hospital/Ida Darwin Site, Capital Park (Anglian Ruskin University - Faculty of Health and Social Care), Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge Rail Station, Cambridge City Centre and University area by Citi 1 and Uni 4 bus routes. Our property is approximately a 3/4 minute walk from the nearest bus stop for the Citi 1 bus route.

Addenbrookes Hospital by bicycle will take approximately 20-25 minutes. For the City Centre (East Road area) it would take approximately 25-35 minutes. Most routes to Addenbrookes Hospital and City Centre are via Cycle Paths or Cycle Lanes.

Great location, shops consisting of Co-op, Chemist, Fruit Shop, Butchers, Chinese Takeaway, Kebab and Burgers, Library and 3 pubs. All shops only a 5 minutes walk away. Tesco superstore approximately 5/8 minutes by car or can be accessed via Citi 1 bus route.

Spacious Single room consists of; single bed, built in wardrobes and drawers, small desk, TV with Freesat and DVD Player. The room is approximately 15ft x 10ft and has a colour scheme of blue/yellow. The room has a large window giving the room a nice, light, airy feel.

Double room consists of; double bed, wardrobe, bedside units and lamp, TV with Freesat and DVD Player. The room is approximately 9ft x 11ft and is decorated in light neutral colours of beige and cream giving it a light airy feel.

Shared use of bathroom (property owners generally use their en-suite facilities) and shared use of a second reception/dining room consisting of; Dining table and chairs and 2 seater sofa.

Shared use of Kitchen area and major kitchen appliances (excluding dishwasher and tumble dryer). Shared use of Fridge and food storage cupboard (fridge/storage cupboard - shared with 1 other). Shared use of garden, washing line and washing machine.

Property has wireless internet broadband and some off road parking spaces are also available.

Please be advised that this is a Non-Smoking household, household also has a small breed dog (suitable for allergy sufferers) living at the property.

Single Room Price; £90. 00 per week / £390. 00 per month (for single occupancy) Payment weekly or monthly on agreement.

Double Room Price;
£100. 00 per week / 433 per month (for single occupancy). Payment weekly or monthly on agreement.
