Thanks for looking. Our house is located in Fulbourn. Close to Addenbrook hospital and city centre. Capital park is on our door step. House is semi-detached, located in a very quiet cul-de-sac with large open green space right outside the door step. The house has its our garden to be shared. It enjoys a fabulous view of the field and the windmill from the garden. Shared kitchen and living/dining room.

The room to let is an en-suite double bedroom on the first floor. The room is fully furnished with build-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, double bed and desk and chair. It has it's own shower room with shower cubicle, basin and toilet. It is for single occupancy only. No couples please.

We are looking for clean, tidy and quiet single professional or students to share with. You will be sharing with two research scientists.

No smokers or pets please.

Rent is 395 pcm, share bills.

A month rent will be taken as deposit to secure the room.
