I have 1 double and 1 single (family bathroom shared between the 2) available in Girton. Double room currently contains a single bed but a double bed can be made available if preferred.
Girton is a nice village just a short distance from Cambridge, it's an ideal location if you want to be close to the centre without all the hustle and bustle of the city. Local amenities are just a short walk away with shop, gym and pubs. It's just a 10 minute cycle from the centre of Cambridge and there is a regular bus service.
As for me, I am quite an active person and like to keep fit in my spare time, I also have a cocker spaniel who keeps me pretty busy. I am ideally looking for tenants who like dogs and are pretty chilled out generally.
The house itself has a washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, free view TV etc. I also have broadband which can be used on your own wireless computer.
Monday-Friday let would be considered.
