Large double room with king size bed, brand new modern bathroom in a detached house in Cambridge. The bathroom is next door to the bedroom, and not used by us as we have our own ensuite.
Our house is situated at the Cambridge Road end of Great Shelford so it is within walking distance of Addenbrookes, 5 mins by bus or the new cycle path. 10 mins cycle to the city centre. There is a bus stop just at the bottom of the road. Waitrose is 1 mile away as well as other shops in the desirable village of Shelford. There is plenty of room in our driveway for car parking.
We are a couple looking for a suitable lodger who is easy going, sociable and tidy. Our house is by no means a 'party house' or student environment so please bear that in mind before arranging to view. Ideally we would like to rent the room for a minimum of 3 months.
