Please note this is a Mon-Fri let only. A double room in a quiet village location. I would prefer week days only and rent reflects this but do not have a problem is you need to stay an occasional weekend. I have quite a busy social life therefore you must be able to provide your own food. I have a young outlook and looking for a house mate. You will have full use of my kitchen, which includes washing machine and dishwasher, utensils plus bedding can be provided. My previous housemate would tell people that he had a 3 bedroom house with an occasional lodger (me).
There are shops locally in Shelford and the house is situated close to main routes and station.
