I have a large bright airy room equipped with single bed, wardrobe, c. o. d. bedside table. Use of Wifi, utility bills, bathroom and kitchen are included in rent. Only extra cost is £5 per time for use of the washing machine. I only let to Females who must like dogs as I have two very friendly ones. I am quite prepared to let the room just for a few days or up to 1 month at a time.
