A large, unfurnished double room in a clean house in Histon, close to the busway, and ideally placed for the business and science parks. The rest of the house of is furnished, and there is onstreet parking. The street is quiet, with shops and pubs within two minutes’ walk, and the business and science parks / North Cambridge are easily accessible by the A14, busway, or bike. The Histon business parks are within walking distance.

The room easily fits double bed, desk, wardrobe and shelves. Has recently been used as home office for working from home, so would suit post-grad or distance worker. Onstreet parking available, as well as bike storage.

The rest of the house is furnished and has shared white goods. High-speed broadband, flatscreen TV, large garden (maintained by gardeners at landlord’s expense) large bathtub and rain shower. Large walk-in attic, so plenty of storage space.

Current occupants are a 33 year-old male professional and one small black and white cat (unfortunately not sociable with other cats, so I cannot take on additional pets). I am quiet, tidy (within reason - I'm not frantically bleaching things), and friendly. I’d prefer not to live with a couple, but guests / a partner staying over are absolutely fine.
