Rooms Available Close to Huntingdon Train Station

The house has been freshly painted and is being carpeted (in Oct/Nov 2013).

The bedrooms are furnished as follows:

Bedroom 1 can be furnished with either a single bed or a double bed. It will also have a wardrobe.

Bedroom 2 has a single bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a desk/chair.

Bedroom 3 has a small single bed, a desk/chair and a wardrobe.

There is a dining table and four chairs in the kitchen. The kitchen is supplied with utensils, crockery and cutlery as well as a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a washing machine. There is also a vacuum cleaner, an ironing board and an iron available.

The house has Sky+ HD TV and fast broadband available, along with a 32" 3D/HD TV and a Nintendo Wii.

The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac adjoined by a sloping green, has an off-street parking spot and some on-street parking in the cul-de-sac.

It is very close to the Huntingdon Train Station, about a minute's walk. There is a direct train from Huntingdon to London Kings X (45 min for the fast services and 1 hour and 5 min for the slow one). There are plenty of fast services in the morning. There is also a direct connection to Peterborough, which is about 15 min). You can check the National Rail website for other connections available.

The house is very close to the A14 and the A1, which connect Huntingdon to Cambridge, St Neots, St Ives, Peterborough, Bedford and Milton Keynes, all within a 30 min driving radius.

I will retain the services of a house cleaner to come and clean the house on a weekly basis and will expect that my house-mates shall endeavour to keep the kitchen and the bathroom tidy as much as possible.

I will expect my house-mates to live in relative peace and quiet.
