Within the lounge there is a sofa, chairs, coffee table, bookcases and a desk for use for TV/PC etc, also a sound system – CD etc.
French doors lead out to the decking and a small walled garden.
The lower ground has a cellar for storage, and a door to the footpath that leads down to the River.

The house has Gas central heating and is double glazed. Good fast Broadband is available throughout the house.
Outside there is off street parking on the verge.

This room is available now- full time or could suit a professional working Monday – Friday (negotiable on 5 nights)
Couples would also be considered with proportionate increase as well as short term lets.

I work as an Interim so can be anywhere in the UK. I occupy the top floor & therefore share the bathroom/kitchen/lounge,
But most of the time, you will have the place to yourself.

1 minute from the river and open fields - this is a well appointed property that is situated on a direct bus route to Cambridge, St Ives & Huntington - also good road links to Midlands, Cambridge Peterborough (A14/A1). Would suit NHS staff as close to Hinchinbrooke hospital/RAF Alconbury & Molesworth close by.
