I have a large single room available in a shared house in Godmanchester. The house is about a 15 minute walk to the centre of Huntingdon and a 1 minute drive to the A14/A1. The house mates get on well and respect each other’s privacy, they are conscious of noise levels, cleaning up after themselves etc, etc. The room is £75. 00 per week, which is inclusive of all bills (including TV license), the only additional amount is wireless internet connectivity at £2. 00 per week if required. The room has a digital TV aerial point and is furnished with single bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV Table and bedside cabinet.
The house recently had a new bathroom installed, which is clean bright and modern. The kitchen has also been upgraded and includes new cooker and white goods.
A security of £149. 00 is required to secure the room together with an administration fee of £50. 00 and a week’s rent in advance. The security is returned when you leave the house. I pride myself on being an in touch land lord and know all my tenants well. I resolve issues and fix faulty or broken goods as soon as possible.
