I have recently bought the flat and would like to get a monday to friday tenant for my spare room. There is a double bed, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers in the room. You would also have your own bathroom (bath with shower) as I have an en-suite in my room. It is less than 5 minute walk to Tesco, Restaurants and the cinema. There are also local bus stops nearby.
I work monday to friday 9-5 (ish) and like to either go to the gym, play hockey or see friends in the evenings. Happy for you join with these activities or not.
Will consider part-weeks and short notice. Also consider weekends at an additional cost. Includes all bill (including council tax) & Infinity broadband.
