Conservatory, dining room, kitchen, broadband, washing machine, parking space, garden. Guided bus route into Cambridge and into Huntingdon Station at end of road runs every 15 minutes. Supermarket, gym, cinema etc. a short drive away.
Bills included but rents negotiable depending on packages taken. This rent is for guidance only.
I am looking for clean, tidy, professional, non smokers looking predominantly for the quiet life!
Ideally rental will begin in march but am fairly flexible.
No time wasters please. My idea tenant would be weekdays only and rent can also be adjusted to suit. No DSS, references required + statement of earnings.
