Huntingdon- countryside setting- own lounge

Hi,
I'm looking for a house mate to share in this brilliant house I've lived in for near 11 years.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 lounges, a shared kitchen and bathroom. Front and rear gardens, garage, enough parking for a concert.
Loads of storage space for just about anything you can think of, and one hell of a location just outside Huntingdon, close to the A14.
Basically, a house in a field between Huntingdon and Stukeley Village.

On offer is your own lounge and the 2 smaller bedrooms(one double, one single room). But this can be negotiated.
Washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer and all kitchen related stuff is obviously included too.
UNFURNISHED.

All bills included in asking price. Minimum 6 months stay. The letting agent/Landlord would like a contract in place. Just need details for vetting. Vetting costs £50 but that's the deposit fee.
Please note, unfortunately the landlord does not allow cats/dogs. He is ok with small caged animals though as I used to have Degus.

Me, I'm a professional(office work), massively into health and fitness, motorsports, extreme sports, but also sitting with a book/Netflix too.
My main thing though is motorbike racing. I compete for fun, until I make it big...ha. So I'd generally spend lots of time out in the garage.

I'm happy for friends/guests to stay. No issues with noise or such here.
