The house is nicely furnished and well maintained. The shared kitchen has dedicated cupboards & fridge freezer space for each room. There is a cooker, microwave, washing machine, kettle etc provided.

The room has a pine double bed or two single beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. (additional furniture can be provided if required) There is a digital tv aerial point and 20 meg of wireless internet included in the price.

The house has smoke detection, emergency lighting and security in all the rooms. There is plenty of parking and somewhere to secure a bicycle.

It is located in a quiet area, within easy walking distance of the town centre and 24 hour Tesco. It is near the main bus route giving easy access to the main bus station, St Ives and Cambridge.

All bills are included in the rate of £90 per week (or £390 per calendar month).
