The house was fitted with a new kitchen a couple of years ago and also a new bathroom fitted with large walk in shower, sink, toilet etc. The double room has a double sliding mirrored door wardrobe, built in dressing table, with shelving above, and side storage shelving. It also has its own undercounter fridge/freezer. The double bed has a quality memory foam mattress .The room also has a digital TV Ariel point to receive Freeview TV. (TV license is included). The house is a very friendly house with the house mates all getting on well together.
The house is registered with the council and therefore adheres to all current safety standards; mains wired fire alarms, fire doors and lock, annual gas boiler checks, etc.
All bills are included, including TV License and unlimited Wi-FI .
A Six month Assured Short hold Tenancy Agreement will be issued; a refundable deposit of two weeks rent is required to secure the room, together with a documentation & and future referencing charge of £75.00. Rent must be paid weekly via a bank standing order. The deposit is held in the Governments approved Tenancy Deposit Scheme for your protection and tracking.
