A large fully furnished double room to rent in a great location. The bedroom includes a double bed, large wardrobe, desk, sofa and a TV.

You will have predominantly sole use of the main bathroom (we use en-suite) and shared use of the kitchen with your own fridge/freezer. Rent includes all bills and broadband access.

The house is located in the village of Impington (Histon) which sits alongside the A14, is very close to the M11 and is approx. 3 miles north of Cambridge city centre. It is also approx. 2. 5 miles from Cambridge Science Park which can be reached in a few minutes along the guided busway which is just a short walk from the house. There is also a bus stop a few meters from the house which runs into the city centre every 20mins.

Impington/Histon benefits from various amenities including numerous local supermarkets, banks, restaurants/pubs and a post office. In addition, the house is located opposite a local fitness centre with swimming pool and gym.

To share with the owners (Matt & Jennie - both 30yrs). We are looking for a considerate and easy going professional for a mid-week (Mon-Fri) rent.
