Hi, i live in the quiet village of Littleport, i have a choice of 2 singles rooms, there is an upstairs bathroom and toilet and a downstairs toilet. Large shared living room, garage and shed.
The rent is £80p. w including utility bills but not shared tel bill. There is broadband access.
The railway station is 10 mins walk and cambridge is 25 mins by road. I would prefer a non smoker and no pets. I am a quiet person by nature and would prefer the same in a potential sharer.
