Room to rent in Longstanton

I have double room (12 foot by 8 foot) to lodge in my home in the village of Longstanton, Cambridgeshire.
It’s situated in a quiet area and has off road parking to the front of the property. A few local shops, two village pubs and the guided bus stop (an excellent means of transport to and from Cambridge and St Ives/Huntington) are all just a short walk away. Alternatively you can cycle to either Cambridge or St Ives in just over 20minutes. The room is furnished with a double bed, desk and a large fitted wardrobe. Access to Wi-Fi and utility bills included (phone bill not included). The lodge is £400 per month. Access to the common areas of the home e. g. living room, kitchen, bathroom, a large private garden, and secure shed with power.
I’m looking for a professional non-smoker, who doesn't mind cats(There are two Smokey and Bandit, but they are outdoor cats). Ideally I would like to rent the room for six months, however I am open to shorter term lets, and Sunday to Thursday contractors. If this sounds like it might suit you, please get in contact
