Spacious furnished Dbl Room in New Build House
The house is newly built with airy and large shared spaces including: living room, kitchen and garden, situated in the quiet village of Longstanton near the city of Cambridge.
The room itself is a large, bright, double room; fully furnished with double bed, table, chair, wardrobe and bedside cabinet. This room's occupant will have exclusive use of the main bathroom as the other tennants both have en-suites.
The current occupants are both young professionals who work in the area. They are both quiet and clean, but friendly as well.
I am looking for another professional to share the house with, to bring the total occupants to 3.
Not only is the room fully furnished, but all the utilities and equipment exists as well, e. g. cooking utensils, tv, sofa... The successful tennant should be able to move in straight away.
Viewings are to be conducted by my parents as I'm not living locally, weekends are preferable. Please call the advertised number to arrange.
