(The downstairs is shut off for me and my partner)

Cooking facilities/ fridge & freezer on second floor.
Bathroom upstairs.

Washing can be done by myself for free or there is a laundrette in town. off road parking available.

£95 per week for double or £80 for single including all bills & broadband - with an option of sky T. V which would be an extra £2. 50 a week to cover what we would have to pay for an extra room.

We buy - toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, toilet roll, tea, coffee, milk & sugar. (sometimes even biscuits!! :-)

We are going to set up a computer in the hall so if you haven't got a laptop you can always use that.

£100 deposit and a weeks rent in advance, no references required!

We are very friendly and will not get in your way or bother you and will respect privacy..
