Lovely Cottage in Orton Waterville
Hi,
I'm looking for a lodger to live in my lovely cottage in Orton Waterville, Peterborough. There are excellent transport links into the centre of town, quick access to the A1 (20 mins to the centre of Stamford) and the A605 (20 mins to Oundle).
2 mins walk from Ferry Meadows park, where you can play golf/ go sailing/boating/horse riding etc.
I'm looking for a trustworthy, practical person, happy with their own company, as I will be working away from home a lot (hence my need to find a lodger).
I would consider responsible pet owners, but would evaluate on a case by case basis!
