I am a laid back landlord looking for a housemate to live in my house close to Peterborough town centre. I am a 29 yr old teacher who is looking for someone between the ages of 18-35 (male or female) to move in. In my spare time I enjoy sports, movies, traveling & generally socialising with friends at wkends. The house is located in a very quiet close which is just a 20 min walk from town & 1 min walk from Sainsbury's. There is car parking space for those that drive & for those that need buses the bus stop is directly outside SainsburyâÂÂs. The house has wireless broadband, sky, washing machine, garage & due to my busy life the lucky housemate will not only get to spend time with me but will often have the house to themselves!
