THE HOUSE: The house is a five bedroom terraced property. It has a kitchen, bathroom and cloakroom as well as an en suite shower room to the ground floor room. It has double glazed windows throughout.
SHARED FACILITIES:
Kitchen is shared and has a fridge/freezer, fridge, washer/dryer, oven and cooker for shared usage. There is also a microwave, electrical kettle and toaster for combined usage. At the opposite end of the kitchen is a sofa and a door leading at a conservatory which has chairs and a table again for communal use.
There is a shared cloakroom downstairs and bathroom upstairs.
