We are pleased to be able to offer a very large, light and airy double bedroom with use of its own bathroom on a separate floor (including a newly fitted high quality shower with great water pressure) within a fabulous and very large 4 bedroomed townhouse in Hampton Vale, overlooking a lake. We enjoy a great range of high reputation shops, convenience stores, restaurants, takeaways less than a minute away and a great local pub on/close to Stuartby Avenue and Four Chimneys Crescent. There is free parking should it be required in close proximity.

Less than a minutes walk from the house there is a regular bus service to/from the City Centre which operates Monday to Fri 0540 to 2220, Sat 0700 to 2200 and Sunday 0900 to 2100, which takes approximately 25 minutes.

We have a great house, having until recently shared with a guy who was with us for over a year and has decided to reluctantly leave "his home" as he calls it as he secured a promotion at work back to London, which is a great feeling for us.

We would also consider people who wish to rent a room from a few weeks upto six months as well as Mon - Fri occupation too.

We are looking for a professional, honest, respectful, clean and tidy person who has an open and friendly personality and wants to share our home and enjoy its great facilities.

We have a very modern and clean home with all mod cons inc Wifi, flatscreen TV inc DVD player on the bedroom walls, including an amazing landscaped "mediteranean style garden", excellent for entertaining, weather permitting in spring/summer.
