Double Room with King Size Bed - Av. Now

I have a double room to rent. It is furnished with a King Size bed and Brand New Memory Foam mattress, double Wardrobe and TV.

The tv is not connected to the TV Ariel as not one in the room, but you can connect to a game console for dvd's etc.

The house is decorated in a very modern minimalist style and there is a total shared precedent. I do not expect you to be confined to a room, that is insane. I am very spartan, I don't like clutter, so the house is very minimalistic and always clean and tidy.

I am looking for a TIDY lodger that is not afraid to wash up dishes and dust when needed. I'm your house mate, not your mum. Lol

The kitchen has gas hob/cooker, washing machine, Tumble Dryer and a large Fridge/Freezer that has masses of room for your food stuff.

There is internet, and a 42" TV with DVD/Playstation/X Box that you are welcome to use, I only ask if you damage anything, you replace it.

Anyway, I have the room available now and welcome any enquiries. Please note that I have a siberian Husky dog, so if you do not like dogs, this is the wrong place for you.

He is 14 yrs old, so very chilled. The most excitable he will get will be to sit next to you and have a look at the new lodger. HE does not bark or chew anything and is exceptionally well behaved, unlike some dogs I know.
