Room to Rent in large 4 bed house

I currently have a double room to rent in a large 4 bed house. This is a family home that I did share with my ex partner and two children. Due to a relationship break down I am now living there on my own and the children will be there part time. The children are 1 and 3 so you must like children. I would prefer a professional female, as I would feel more comfortable having a female in the house and around the children. I work normal office hours Monday to Friday and the children are usually Home some evenings and weekends. The house has a large kitchen and dining room and a desperate living room. It also has an enclosed rear garden. Their is a garage available for storage and off road parking.
