Good size room available in 3 bed detached house. Family bathroom will be shared by yourself and one other housemate (male.) There is a shared lounge and kitchen with dining room as well as a good size garden. There is a garage and loft to store items if required. There is plenty of parking space available, either on the drive or alongside the house on the road (quiet back road.)
The house has broadband on WiFi as well as SKY TV. We also have a projector fitted for watching movies!
The room is furnished with a chest of drawers and wardrobe as well as a double bed.
Rent is negotiable based on bills etc and length of stay. For instance I will reduce it if you plan to only stay in the week.
