Looking for a housemate to share my 2 bed house, I have available a furnished large double room (with new memory foam mattress) all inclusive of bills.
This would suit a professional who needs a quiet place to stay and relax, I sometimes have friends visiting but its not a party house and you will have the place to yourself if I am away (I like being out and about).
The house is located in Orton Brimbles which is close to bus routes and also walking distance to shops, pubs, Ferry Meadows and Lynchwood business park.
