Room to rent Peterborugh

Furnished double room for rent in end of terrace house, Peterborough. Access to all facilities in house: Large living room, modern kitchen, modern upstairs bathroom, loft space available for storage, large rear garden, off street parking, SKY TV and fiber optic broadband, chest freezer, washing and drying facilities in outhouse. Nice, quiet area. Currently one small dog and two small hamsters residing so must be ok with animals. Sadly cannot allow any other pets. Also unable to allow fish (pets or for eating).

Looking for a flexible, friendly room mate, preferably female but will consider male also. I'm a shift worker and come and go at unusual times, so need a person who won't be disturbed by this/ will understand the odd sleeping patterns!
