Room for rent Orton Goldhay

Hi there,

I currently live on my own in my own 3 bed roomed house and have decided to rent out one of my spare rooms as the house is just too big for me and my cat alone.

I work part-time and when not working am either found at the gym, or at home watching films or playing games.

I've no preference to the housemate other than you being neat and tidy, you can socialise or not, it's up to you.

I like heading out occasionally on a weekend, but staying in and just chilling is definitely a preference as well.

I'm very clean and tidy.
