We have a 4 double rooms available to rent in a 5 bedroom shared house that has been refurbished to a good standard.

The house is located in Bretton which is to the West of the city centre and within easy reach of the City Hospital and with good public transport links. Bretton centre has a range of shops including Sainsburys.

We are looking for social and friendly tenants who get on well but also like the benefit of their own living space.

The house has a large communal kitchen/diner area which you can use to cook up a meal, socialise or share a glass of wine.

UPDATED Oct 2014: The house now has a mixture of friendly and sociable male and female occupants who are now looking forward to finding 2 more to join the house.

You will get:

* Fast unlimited broadband
* Bedroom with double bed and furniture (there is one single too clearly with a single bed)
* Fully fitted modern kitchen with fridge freezer, cooker/oven, microwave, washing machine, etc
* Communal dining area
* Sorry - but no pets, smokers or children allowed

The rent includes all bills - gas, electricity, water, council tax, TV licence and broadband.

We hope you think that we are great landlords - we have a number of properties in the area. We have a regular maintenance team and are only a text message or phone call away to help.

We buy a case of beer or a bottle of wine (you tell us which) as a house-warming present, so you can break the ice with your new housemates.

For your peace of mind, the property is accredited by Peterborough Council - meaning it meets all the required HMO regulations. This is a professional shared house operated by an accredited local landlord, not a live-in landlord's spare bedroom!

Generally, 6 month minimum term, but we will consider shorter terms too. No deposit. £200 non-refundable application fee.
