Roomy needed in a freindly clean environment

Hi there,
looking for an easy going lady to share our family home, I am an easy going 50 year old. i have 2 other people living in the property and we are very sociable, so would be nice if you were also..
the room costs includes all the bills except for the food, washing powder toiletries etc, which you will have to buy yourself. and will have cupboard space and fridge space for you. the room is furnished , tv & Digital box ...but is not a problem if you have your own,..also i have a wireless broadband.. It is a shared bathroom but which we clean the bathroom after ourselves and would want someone to do the same.
We are Very house proud so the house is really tidy and especially clean.
Just someone that is sociable and clean and tidy too... as i don't like a messy home.. would suit anyone that works at the City Hospital as it is only a 5 minute walk from my house, or someone that may just want to be here in the week and away on weekends.
Also looking for someone for a minimum of 3 months and up.. Would need references and pay a deposit of £200 and rent in advance.
We live in a lovely 3 bed home which i own and is nicely decorated and furnished, its very modern and has a cosy feel to it. nice sized garden which is very secure.
