I have a room to rent a 3 bed house. The 2nd bedroom (room to rent) is linked to the 3rd bedroom which is soon to be a bathroom.
I don't really want somebody there permanently looking for a few months preferably but depends on their circumstances and the person.
I am lively outgoing person, but also like to spend the week days working and having early nights.
I am respectful of others and considerate so I would expect the same. I do spend a lot of time out of house and stay out at my parents house too!
